The Concord-Carlisle Human Rights Council marks its 30th anniversary by hosting the documentary film, “Secret Courage: The Story of Walter Suskind,” at a presentation, tonight, Thursday, Sept. 20 at the Alcott School Auditorium. Producers Karen and Tim Morse of Carlisle will present to discuss the film. The event is free to the public.
