A walk through lost history, unearthing stories of “ordinary people” who lead ordinary and heroic lives in Concord, 17th-19th Century.
Keynote speaker: Elise Lemire
Author of newly released Black Walden: Slavery and Its Aftermath in Concord Massachusetts.
Other guests include, Fredrick Douglas, Harriet Tubman, Louisa May Alcott, Mary Merrick Brooks, and Henry David Thoreau.
Recommended for ages 8 and through 108.
