Concord-Carlisle Human Rights Council Hosts 18th Annual MLK Day Celebration

Last night, the Concord-Carlisle Human Rights Council held its 18th annual MLK Day Celebration at the Willard Elementary School. Chairwoman, Polly Attwood, explains that the celebration is just as important in an almost all-white community like Concord as it is in places like Roxbury.
